All items are custom made to your specifications after the order is placed, even if it is just as pictured.

It is my hope that you are satisfied with every item that you purchase from my shop.

For jewelry specifically - each piece is hand-stamped one letter at a time, the letters will not be perfectly "in-line" or centered. This is not to be considered a defect, but rather part of the charm and uniqueness of your piece.
