Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are all items custom or personalized?
Yes! Every item is custom made to your specifications after you place your order, even if you choose a design as pictured. Each piece is hand-stamped one letter at a time, so letters may not be perfectly in-line or centered—this is part of the charm and uniqueness of your piece, not a defect.

2. How long will it take to make my item?
My current production time is 5 to 7 business days before mailing, but often your order will be ready sooner. If you need your order rushed, just email me at regina.reginalynndesign@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help.
You’ll find item measurements, materials, and other important details in the “Item Details” tab of each listing (tap to open if you’re on mobile).

3. What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
If I make a spelling error that’s different from what you provided during checkout, I’ll remake and resend your piece at no cost (just return the original so I can fix it).
Otherwise, because your item is personalized just for you, I can’t accept returns. Earrings also cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering or before I start making your piece, whichever comes first. After I start your order, cancellations aren’t possible.

4. I’m ordering from outside the US—what should I know?
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duty taxes, and VAT. These are set and collected by your country’s customs department, not me. Packages are marked as merchandise at their invoiced value.
UK customers: Import thresholds are low and customs charges are common.

Refunds aren’t given if you refuse a package or don’t pick it up due to import taxes.

5. How will my order ship and how long will it take?
I ship with USPS Ground Advantage by default. You’ll get an email with tracking info when your package ships. Need it faster? Priority, Express, and UPS options are available at checkout.
US delivery: 2–5 days (may be up to 10 business days)
International delivery: Usually 2–3 weeks, but can take 5–6 weeks depending on your country’s customs.
All packages are securely wrapped for safe arrival.

6. What if I gave you the wrong address?
Email me at regina.reginalynndesign@gmail.com with your correct address as soon as possible. If your order is returned due to a wrong address, I’ll ask you to pay for reshipping.

7. Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! I’d love to create something special with your chosen name, phrase, or date. I may use a photo of your finished piece in my shop, but I never reveal your personal information or details about your order. Once completed and photographed, the design belongs to Regina Lynn Design. I never sell or share your information with anyone.
